It should feel like a letter, not a message. Choose the paper and the lettering, scatter a few stickers, and enclose the photos you meant to send.

Tomorrow morning. Their sixtieth. The week they leave home. You can change your mind right up until it goes.
Then you let go of it
On the day you chose, it’s simply there waiting for them. They read it, and they can write back.

What is Forever?
Forever is a place to write a real letter today and have it delivered on a day you choose — tomorrow, a birthday, or a morning eighteen years from now. You write it, we keep it, and it reaches the person you wrote it for on the day you picked.
How far ahead can I send a letter?
Up to sixty years. Choose the day, the month and the year, and the letter waits for exactly that morning.
Can I change the delivery day after I send it?
Yes. The day is yours to move any time before the letter is delivered — you will find it under Letters.
Does the person I write to need an account?
No. The letter arrives by email and opens in their browser, photos and all. They only need an account if they want to write back.
Can I add photos and a video?
Yes. Photos and stickers are placed on the page by hand, the way you would tuck a photo into an envelope, and you can enclose a short video.
Who can read my letter?
You and the person you send it to. Letters are never published, never indexed by search engines, and never shown to anyone else.
Does it cost anything?
No. Forever is free while we are new — writing, photos, a video and delivery on the day you choose are all included.
What languages does Forever speak?
English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German and Chinese. The letter itself can be written in any language you like.
