Before you write
- Does it cost anything?
- Text letters are free, for good, and you can write as many as you like. Photos, voice notes and video come with a plan, from $5.99 a month, paid monthly or yearly. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- What happens if I cancel my subscription?
- Your letters are still delivered. Cancelling only stops future payments. Every letter that already has its day stays sealed with us and reaches them on that day, even years from now. If you would rather we deleted everything instead, including your letters, photos, videos and voice recordings, email support@carryecho.com and we will erase it.
- Can I add photos and a video?
- Yes. Photos and stickers are placed on the page by hand, the way you would tuck a photo into an envelope. You can also enclose a short video and recordings of your own voice.
- What if I’m not around when it’s delivered?
- It is still delivered. Once a letter has its day, it doesn’t wait for you to sign in or press anything again. It waits for that morning, and then it goes to them.
